Business Audit Service ($197)
The Business Audit is a one-time consulting and evaluation service. Refund requests may be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of purchase provided that: the audit has not been completed, the audit report has not been delivered, the consultation or strategy session has not occurred, and no substantial work has been performed. Once the audit report, findings, recommendations, consultation, or related deliverables have been provided, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Monthly Services ($197–$997/month)
Monthly service plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. Cancellation of a monthly plan prevents future charges but does not entitle the client to a refund of fees already paid for the current billing period.
Digital Products
All digital products, downloads, templates, and course materials are final sale and non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered electronically.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider, clients must contact El Shaddai Consulting (ELSTM LLC) directly to allow an opportunity to resolve the matter. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of services and may be contested.
