Monthly Billing
Our monthly service plans, including plans priced from $197/month to $997/month, are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, all monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term minimum commitment.
How to Cancel
To cancel, clients must submit a written cancellation request by email to clientcare@ronetteaileader.com or through the client portal if available. Cancellation requests must be received at least 30 days before the next billing date. If cancellation is requested after this window, the next billing cycle may still process.
Mid-Month Cancellations
If a client cancels mid-month, services will continue through the end of the current paid billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Work in Progress
Any work in progress will be completed only within the limits of the current paid billing period and approved service scope. Additional offboarding, migration, export, or support requests may be billed separately.
