Refund Policy

El Shaddai Consulting (ELSTM LLC) is committed to providing high-quality digital marketing, branding, automation, CRM, consulting, and business growth services. By purchasing any service from us, you agree to the following refund terms.
Business Audit Service ($197)
The Business Audit is a one-time consulting and evaluation service. Refund requests may be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of purchase provided that: the audit has not been completed, the audit report has not been delivered, the consultation or strategy session has not occurred, and no substantial work has been performed. Once the audit report, findings, recommendations, consultation, or related deliverables have been provided, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Monthly Services ($197–$997 per month)
All monthly service plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins. Cancellation of service prevents future recurring charges but does not create eligibility for refunds of fees already paid.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Contact: clientcare@ronetteaileader.com or www.ronetteaileader.com.
Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: June 14, 2026
Monthly service plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. All monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term minimum commitment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To cancel, clients must submit a written cancellation request by email to clientcare@ronetteaileader.com at least 30 days before the next billing date. If cancellation is requested after this window, the next billing cycle may still process.
If a client cancels mid-month, services will continue through the end of the current paid billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable. Any work in progress will be completed only within the limits of the current paid billing period.
